These terms and conditions apply to all orders and sales transactions made through the online store www.hiphoi.be.

1. Agreement
Placing an order on our online store constitutes acceptance of our general terms and conditions. Hip Hoi reserves the right to amend and/or supplement these general terms and conditions for future orders. For existing agreements, the terms and conditions applicable at the time the agreement was concluded shall apply.
Hip Hoi reserves the right to refuse orders in the following cases:
• if a product is out of stock,
• in cases of force majeure
2. Prices and Offers
All our prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs (see next point). The price stated in the order confirmation is the amount due by the customer.
Our offers are valid while supplies last or until the end of the respective promotional campaign.
Hip Hoi reserves the right to change the price of a product at any time, but products will always be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the agreement is concluded.
3. Shipping Costs
Orders are delivered free of charge in Belgium and the Netherlands for orders totaling 100 euros or more. Packages can also be picked up free of charge at our children’s store in Zottegem (Hoogstraat 8, 9620 Zottegem). You can select this option when placing your order.
• Shipping costs for Belgium (order value under 100 euros):
€6.95 parcel post
• Shipping costs for the Netherlands (order value under 100 euros):
€8.95 parcel post
4. Shipments
Products will be shipped as soon as possible after payment is received. In most cases, the order will be delivered within 1 to 3 business days after payment. For deliveries to the Netherlands, the delivery time may be slightly longer. No delay in delivery may give rise to cancellation of the purchase or payment of damages in favor of the customer.
Incorrectly provided delivery addresses are the customer’s responsibility and may result in additional shipping costs. Unless otherwise indicated, our sales prices do not include the transport and delivery of the goods to the customer; these costs are listed separately.
Hip Hoi reserves the right to make partial deliveries. Hip Hoi cannot be held responsible for damage, theft, or loss of goods during shipment via B-post, PostNL, or DPD. We do everything we can to package the goods as well and as securely as possible.
If, upon delivery, you as the customer give the courier service permission to leave the package elsewhere, we as the seller are no longer liable for theft or damage.
We commit to always having our packages shipped insured to the specified address. If the buyer decides on their own that the courier service may leave the package somewhere, the risk lies entirely with the customer, and our responsibility ceases!
5. Order Cancellation
A customer may cancel the purchase of a product within 14 days following the day of delivery without providing a reason or paying a penalty.
An order can only be canceled if the delivered products are returned in their original, unopened packaging within 14 days following the day of delivery.
Hip Hoi undertakes to refund the purchase price paid by the customer for the product (excluding shipping costs) to the customer’s bank account within 30 days of receiving the product.
If the return is not made in accordance with the above, Hip Hoi will not be obligated to pay any amount, and the product remains the property of the customer. The customer may pick up the product at Hip Hoi. At the customer’s express request, goods may be returned to their home, though at the customer’s expense.
6. Exchanges
Items purchased through the Hip Hoi webshop may be exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date, provided that the product is unused, undamaged, and still has all original tags attached. Worn, soiled, washed, damaged, or altered items cannot be returned.
We ask the customer to notify us within 5 business days of delivery that you wish to exchange a product. The costs and risk of returning the products are solely the customer’s responsibility.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if we suspect that the product was damaged by the customer, has already been used, or if the reasons for the exchange are unfounded. Sale items or products on promotion cannot be exchanged.
7. Complaints
We make every effort to prevent, address, and resolve any complaints. We strive to describe our products as accurately as possible and to clarify them using photos. The colors in the photos may differ slightly from the actual colors. Therefore, we cannot accept exchanges based on color differences.
If you have any doubts about a particular product or would like further information, you can always contact us at [email protected].
We inspect our products as thoroughly as possible for any errors or defects. We are not liable for any defects that may occur in the items offered on our website. We recommend that customers contact the relevant manufacturer regarding such issues. Please always notify us so that we can inspect future products accordingly.
We cannot be held liable for injuries or damage resulting from the use of the products offered in our webshop.
8. Warranty and Returns
All our products are covered by the statutory 2-year warranty for sales to consumers. If a product does not comply with the agreement, the customer must notify Hip Hoi within 7 days of delivery via [email protected].
9. Payment
Online payments can be made using the following methods:

Payment by Bank Transfer
When paying by bank transfer, the account number and the amount due will be provided in the order confirmation email. The order will be shipped as soon as the amount due has been transferred to the hiphoi.be account. Any errors in the invoice must be reported by the customer immediately to [email protected] so that we can correct the amount.
Special clause regarding the use of gift cards:
Gift cards may only be used for the purchase of regular products and/or services offered by the company, unless expressly stated otherwise. Gift cards are not valid for the purchase of other gift cards, regardless of the origin or issuer of such cards.
The company reserves the right to refuse a gift card if the proposed transaction would result in a financial loss, does not comply with internal terms and conditions, or if the card is used in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.
If a gift card cannot be accepted for these reasons, the original value of the card is retained and may be used within the validity period and within the permitted spending categories. In such cases, the customer will be properly informed of the applicable restrictions.
