When will my package be delivered?

We do everything we can to deliver your package as soon as possible! Packages are dispatched after payment. Do you prefer a bank transfer? Provide us with a proof of payment in time so that we can prepare the package for shipment.

Shipments to Belgium: between 1 and 3 working days after payment
Shipping to The Netherlands: between 3 and 5 working days after payment
Shipments to other countries: contact us by e-mail.

Where will my package be delivered?

Choose your own delivery address. You can choose whether you prefer to receive a package at your home, at your neighbours or at your work. You can choose the delivery address during the checkout. 

Can I pick up my package?

Parcels can always be picked up in Herzele (Graaf du Parclaan 34 - 9550 Herzele). This way you can avoid paying shipping costs. If you prefer to drop by after opening hours, please make an appointment by e-mail [email protected]. 

How much are the shipping costs?

For deliveries in Belgium: 5.95 euros
For deliveries in the Netherlands: 6.50 euros

Do you deliver for free?

As soon as the order exceeds 75 euro (BE) or 1000 euro (NL), we will send your package for free. You can always choose to pick up the package for free in Herzele (see address above).

During sales we can only ship for free if orders are a minimum of 200 euros, in order to be able to continue shipping. 

Do you wrap the presents?

Yes, with great pleasure! We have selected the most beautiful gift wrapping paper. Indicate your request by typing 'gift' at the text box during check out.
